Please join your esteemed colleagues for the 2010 Women Corporate Directors Spring Institute at the historic Stoneleigh Hotel in Dallas, Texas! Ambassador Nancy Brinker will serve as our honorary chair and keynote speaker. Nancy is the recipient of the Presidential Medal of Honor, the Nation’s highest civilian honor, due to her unbridled commitment to the success of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and her influence on global health issues through her position on the World Health Organization board.
The theme of the 2010 Spring Institute is “The Crisis after the Crisis: Restoring Trust and Integrity to the Boardroom,” focusing primarily on the impact of decisions made by boards in the years leading up to and during the recent global economic crisis, lessons learned, and the likely challenges and opportunities that lay ahead. Leading corporate directors and experts will engage in discussion on the following panels: What Were They Thinking – Assessing Notable Corporate Decisions in a Volatile World; and What Does the Next Crisis (Opportunity) Look Like?
