"Agility and Innovation: How Directors Can Guide
Companies in this Diverse, Globally Connected
and Technology-Enabled World"

Please join your colleagues at the WomenCorporateDirectors 2015 Global Institute.

Welcome to WCD's 2015 Global Institute. WCD's distinguished Institutes consist of high-powered idea forums exploring compelling issues on the minds of today's global directors. The 2015 Global Institute will be held in New York City, at the newly renovated mid-town conference center of JPMorgan Chase, with the Visionary Awards dinner at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square. Please also join us for a very special Pre-Institute Cocktails hosted by Macy's followed by dinner at The Yale Club. Pre-institute events also include a "Chair/Lead Directors Roundtable Program" held on May 5, 2015.

The WCD Family Business Governance Institute (FBGI) is an event specifically designed for women CEOs, directors, and shareholders of family businesses with revenues greater than $100 million. Immediately preceding the 2015 WCD Global Institute, the premier FBGI will take place on May 5th, 2015 in New York City at KPMG. This event will include “A Conversation With” Marilyn Carlson Nelson, (co-owner, director, former Chairman and former CEO of Carlson Companies, Inc. and co-CEO of Carlson Holdings,) and Henrietta H. Fore, (director of ExxonMobil, General Mills, and Theravance Biopharma, Co-Chair of the Asia Society and WCD Global Co-Chair,) panels on family business governance issues and roundtables at lunch.
