Membership Online Form

In order to qualify for WCD membership, you must  serve as a director of public or large privately-held companies or family-owned business boards.  Private companies, including family-owned businesses, must have a minimum annual revenue of US $200 million in order to meet the WCD membership criteria.  

Please allow a few weeks to receive a response.  Please apply to ONE chapter, if approved, this allows you to receive the most from your membership benefits.  We appreciate your interest in the mission of WomenCorporateDirectors (WCD) Foundation and the services this dynamic organization provides. If you are interested in becoming a member, please complete the following and attach a bio and CV.

I hereby apply for membership to WomenCorporateDirectors. I undertake to settle all subscriptions and other dues within 30 days of receipt of invoice. I agree that I will be advised in due course if my application has been successful and of my membership category. I agree that my data may be used by WCD to send me, by mail or by email, any publications made available to the members of WCD, including regular newsletters and updates on events and activities, as well as administrative communications, such as membership renewal reminders.
I understand and agree that if my membership application is successful, WCD may publish my name in the membership list on the WCD website.

WCD takes the security of member data seriously. The access of member contact data is solely for the use of WCD affiliates, members, staff and sponsors. In addition, it may be shared with search firms who are filling potential board positions. Lists may not be used for any other third-party marketing efforts.
